I hate myself

For letting me get back to this weight. Its horrible. I dont even know how it happened. I need to lose this weight asap.

Ive been going to the gym for about an hour. doing the elliptical for 30 mins and the weight lifting for another half hour.

I need a better workout routine so that i can drop this weight as soon as possible

  2. I know exactely what you mean about hating your body i do too, food ia ugly. I weigh 140 which is the heaviest i have ever been in my life i want to be 110 again, but i find it hard to avoid comfort food with the stress of exam work. It you or any ones has tips would be great. Maybe we we do this together. I have started to write a food dairy hope it works!! good luck xx
